S'mores of the Day: Baklava S'mores

Unlike most, these s'mores take planning and preparation, but they're worth it. 

Thaw filo and cut the sheets into 2.5" squares. Brush clarified butter in between sheets and create a stack 8 sheets tall.  bake at 375* until golden brown (about 7 minutes). 

Remove sheets from the oven and roast your mallows. De-skewer mallows onto filo. Place pistachios on top of the roasted mallows and squeeze honey over the top. Sandwich and s'munch.
